- Provide technical support, subject matter expertise, and training on CAD, BIM, VDC, and GIS workflows and technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff clearly and effectively.
- Stay up to date on application functionality, workflows, and industry trends.
- Consult with clients to identify challenges and recommend innovative, tech-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to introduce Symetri’s technology and consulting offerings to clients, including Autodesk products, partner solutions, and custom applications.
- Support Symetri’s sales team with technical presentations and pre-sales client demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 4+ years of practical civil engineering experience using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D from conceptual design to construction.
- Experience with the implementation and use of GIS, particularly Esri ArcGIS Pro.
- Knowledge of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and modern delivery systems.
- Proven success with BIM platform technologies within a civil engineering firm or government entity.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Professional registration (P.E.) and industry accreditations (LEED AP) are a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design is a plus.
