Automatic Door Technician

**All American Lock Corporatonis seeking experienced Commercial Door Technicians for full-time positions across California. We consider our employees to be our most valuable asset, and this role offers guaranteed 80 hours of work per week, with the opportunity for overtime when available. As a leader in commercial doors, hardware, docks, storefronts, and preventive maintenance, we service a variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, malls, transportation facilities, hotels, banks, and office buildings. Our company provides full-service solutions for all types of doors, docks, and glass across California. **GENERAL SUMMARY:** Our service technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality installations and preventative maintenance services while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Technicians are expected to be dependable and punctual, ensuring accurate job completion and the management of all necessary paperwork. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Install and Service commercial doors such as automatic, hollow metal, and overhead doors. - Service and install docks, including levelers, seals, bumpers, and related components. - Install and service commercial locks and door hardware. - Perform preventative maintenance on commercial doors. - Travel within the Bay Area in a company vehicle to serve customers, completing one or multiple jobs daily depending on the workload. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - AAADM certification is a plus - Experience in metalwork, electrical work, welding, and general construction - Experience with commercial doors, automatic doors, hardware, docks, and preventative maintenance programs - Strong mechanical aptitude - A clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles - Positive and professional attitude - Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time constraints - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and processes - Excellent service orientation towards customers - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with the following door manufacturers is a plus: - Nabco - Stanley Access Technology - Record USA - Tormax - Besam - Allegion Door Hardware - Assa Abloy **PAY/BENEFITS:** We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, as well as a positive work environment.
