Automation Analyst

Job Summary

Leveraging data to enhance automation strategies, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions address technical and business objectives
• Create and maintain data models to support automation processes, business analytics, and AI applications
• Define and implement data architecture solutions aligned with business needs, focusing on scalability, automation, and analytics readiness
• Design and optimize data pipelines for processing large-scale structured and unstructured data

Qualifications

Background

• Mid-level experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics engineering
• Expertise in data modeling (ELT/ETL) for analytics and process automation

Technologies

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages, such as SQL and Python
• Expertise in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent

Bonus

• Hands-on experience in IaaS, Managed Services, and private cloud business cases
• Knowledge of business processes including ITSM, event monitoring, availability management, customer fulfillment, and quote-to-cash cycles
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, ServiceNow, UiPath) and AI/ML frameworks is an advantage
• Certifications in data analytics, visualization, or cloud platforms (e.g., Google Data Engineer, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst) are a plus
