Automation and controls / TPM Engineer

Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and nternal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider-Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures ...)

Tool maintenance management

• Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations
• Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI
• Supports tool transfers
• Carries out tool audits
• Manage tools inventory & tools data collection
• Manage tools capacity
• Manage tools maintenance budget & roadmap

• Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis
• Proposes & industrializes QVE ideas
