What You'll Get to Do
CACI's Business Systems Operating Group is searching for an experienced software engineer to lead the Process Automation Team on a program for a Federal Government customer. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving robotics process automation across enterprise portfolio of systems, working with customer and project leadership to drive efficiencies and reduce the number of resources needed to maintain the portfolio of systems.

The selected candidate will:
- Lead the Automation Team, with responsibilities for talent acquisition, growth, and retention
- Contribute to the program's Innovation Engine - including processes and methods for evaluating innovation ideas, determining potential return on investment and presenting results to program stakeholders
You'll Bring These Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 9+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience using UiPath
- Prior experience implementing and managing Innovation processes or capabilities
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and automation capabilities with other platforms (O365, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance if needed
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Prior project management experience on enterprise programs
- Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile programs

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $86,200-$176,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
