Who you are:
As an Automation Engineer at Frost, you will design, develop, and implement automated systems for identity governance and administration. Our automation engineers believe in collaboration, ingenuity, and truly want to drive design and implement automated systems that improve security and compliance across the organization. You welcome a challenge and are not afraid to troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind at all times.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and implement automated systems for identity governance and administration, including user provisioning, access request and approval, role management, and certification
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with engineers, IT staff, and management to design and implement automated systems that improve security and compliance
- Stay current with new automation technologies and best practices to ensure our systems are up-to-date and competitive
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in the automation of processes, controls, reporting, and data management
- Experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, Power Shell, Autoit (or other similar programming languages)
- Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Access, SQLite for the ability to interact with structured data
- Evaluate repeatable processes and create Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to reduce manual errors and time to delivery
- Experience with Identity and Access Management JDBC, API, or other access management connectors
- Knowledge of JSON, Postman, Apache Velocity, RUBY, and JAVA
- Experience working in a regulated company on Identity Governance and Audit processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with the least privilege security model to apply automated controls to processes
- Ability to automate the process for compliance reviews via system data extraction, automatically generating communication and account management processes
- Ability to reduce the manual processing of IGA activities: Access deviation reviews, elevated access analysis
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Industry certifications: Any certifications from ISACA, SANS, ISC2, or CompTIA are a plus
