Intermediate Test Engineer / Product Test Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Intermediate Test Engineer / Product Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and execution of test strategies and plans, as well as supporting the automation of testing processes. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through rigorous testing and automation.

Mandatory Requirements
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Understanding of database concepts and SQL

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in software testing
Experience in creating and executing test cases
Experience with defect tracking and reporting

Nice to Have
Experience with API testing and performance testing
Knowledge of cloud-based testing (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android)
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and plans
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
Analyze test results and identify defects
Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
Investigate and troubleshoot software defects
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques
Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
Create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality.
Ensure service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for all software solutions delivered.
Automate testing within the DevOps pipeline, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)
