• Supervise the Costing Tool / PDG Cost Project Dynamic (A)
• Supervise and drive the Cost Control (say/do ratio) costing vs spent. (A)
• Function coordination (Eng/tendering/sourcing) + Deal Desk Review (R)
• Supervise well execution of BOM + SAP (A)
• Vendor panel (C&CE/capacity/OTD/intimacy/volume agreement/Sustainability) (A)
• Digitalization (ITOC from Eng + Oscar) (S+A)
• Manage and animate GSC Competitiveness review (NPI/DMP) (R)
• GSC Risks Mitigation capture & mitigate (exemple : single source...customer restriction as per Sprecher for Tennet) (R)
• Drive Ref. Solution RS1 and RS5 (Right competitive C&CE & Maintain Continuous Improvement) (R)
• Supervise CPA (vendor side) & MIM/firming assumptions. (A)
• Purchase Conditions and proper flowdown (A)
• Supervise Spare / repairs (R)

• promote & Contribute to Sustainability actions, CBAM, Zero Carbon on your domain of expertise. (A)
• Benchmark within the Team the Technical Knowledge about our portfolio and solutions. (A)
• Supply Chain Promotion, Mutualization's and simplification/ Overall coordination with our internal Stakeholders. (R&A)
• Contribute to an accurate BMS (processus Base) / Procedure actualization for our GSC role. (R)
