Job Description
Be responsible for capable supplier sourcing. Build up corresponding automation capability for business. Research for global automation benchmark of each product portfolio. Develop automation solution to new technology application in front of business award. Leading to build up China local supplier capability for assembly automation equipment mechanical design review, risk assessment & mitigation plans. Screen out any potential automation projects that could drive MFG cost saving continuously. Lead automation line buyoff activities to make sure all equipment performance could meet product and process requirements. Continuous improvement on machine downtime and FTQ(First Time Quality), etc. Optimize line balance and improve CT of assembly line. Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, production yield improvement
