Are you passionate about transforming and optimizing business processes? Join our team as an Automation Project Manager and manage a portfolio of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects across Worldwide Operations. We collaborate with functional organizations within Apple to scale new technologies across digital initiatives. A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. • Lead the ideation, prototyping, and business justification/validation of solutions • Work closely with engineering teams on technical development and deployment of high-quality solutions • Lead the execution of scalable solutions to support core internal customer needs and to improve process efficiencies • Process re-engineer to build out enhancements • Program management of RPA initiatives - scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and implementation • Driving the delivery and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvement • Comfortable and flexible in managing across various projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projects
  • Technical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
  • Results oriented and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
  • 4+ years of experience with robotic process automation

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
