Automation SDET Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Automation SDET Test Lead.

As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
  
• This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
  
• At least 4 years of software testing experience.

• At least 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test Design
  
• At least 4+ years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
  
• At least 4+ years of experience in performing Agile Testing
  
• Expertise in estimating story points for the agile testing projects
  
• Strong expertise in automation using Selenium, Java, RestAssured
  
• Strong in DB validations using SQL
  
• Good in setting up testing pipeline using Jenkins/ TeamCity
  
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
  
• Should have Strong leadership skills
  
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  
• Communication and Analytical skills
  
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  
• At least 4+ years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
  
• At least 4+ years of experience in using any programming language like Java
  
• Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
