• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You're computer savvy, smile on the phone, and engage with customers and your team to secure satisfying solutions.
• Like teamwork and leading a team. You organize team's daily work flow, guide workload distribution to technicians, and lead the team to ensure timely and accurate progress.
• Like a short commute. Work where you live! We are nestled in your retail community.
• Ideal retail hours. We're open Mon - Fri 7:30a-6p and Sat 8a-3p so you can be home for dinner! And we're closed on Sundays! Couple your reliability with our flexibility.
• You're enthusiastic (especially about cars!) and like to mentor and lead others. You're excited to share your understanding of repairs and services based on your experience in the automotive repair industry and enjoy sharing your knowledge to mentor, grow and lead a team.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (AS degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certified a plus!), valid driver's license and satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results.
