Job Description:
You will be at the forefront of our vehicle sales process, handling financial transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting additional financial products and services. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, salesmanship, and dedication to providing a seamless buying experience.
Responsibilities:
• Engage Online Customers:Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential customers via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Provide Product Information:Educate customers about our vehicle inventory, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Build Relationships:Develop and nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences and assisting them throughout the car-buying journey.
• Answer Phone Calls:Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist with Sales Process:Collaborate with the sales team to schedule test drives, gather required documentation, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Social Media Marketing:Utilize social media platforms to promote our inventory, specials, and engage with potential customers. Prior knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
• Learn and Adapt:Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and technologies. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to better serve customers.
Book Deals:
• Efficiently manage and oversee financial transactions associated with vehicle purchases.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all transactions.
Close Deals:
• Collaborate closely with customers to finalize financing arrangements for their vehicle acquisitions.
• Clearly explain and present loan terms, interest rates, and monthly payment options, ensuring customer comprehension and satisfaction.
• Work in coordination with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
F&I Warranty:
• Facilitate the purchase of Finance and Insurance (F&I) warranties and other related products, promoting customer peace of mind and vehicle protection.
• Stay updated on the latest F&I warranty offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Commission and Financial Targets:
• Drive results by meeting or exceeding established sales and revenue targets.
• Earn commissions based on the number of deals closed and financial products sold.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in automotive space
• Proven experience in finance, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of financing options, regulations, and F&I warranties in the automotive industry.
• Any relevant licenses or certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
