Automotive General Manager (New Dealership Import experience)

NEW DEALERSHIP COMING! MUST HAVE IMPORT EXPERIENCE! PREFER HONDA, NISSAN, TOYOTA, HYUNDAI, KIA, MITSUBUSHI EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME (250 PLUS). PAY PLAN PLUS $300,000 GUARANTEE. We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our dealership operations in San Antonio. This pivotal role is essential for driving our mission forward, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering strong relationships within our community. Must be able to: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals. • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership events and offers. Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. • Have the ability to manage managers to achieve their assigned duties. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management. • Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Willing to dedicate the time required by corporate to achieve success.
