Automotive General Manager (New south Texas Dealership Hyundai or Kia experience)

Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the dealership to ensure efficiency and profitability. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Foster strong relationships with customers and staff to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. • Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership offerings. • Qualifications • Proven experience in a General Manager role within the automotive dealership industry. • Strong background in outside sales and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to lead a diverse team effectively. • Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus. • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
