This includes making phone calls/setting appointments, and maintaining a helpful and professional relationship with customers before, during, and after a sale. • Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. • Assist customer with vehicle selection based on their needs! Promote model options and features. Add value to our products, services, and financing options while adhering to the dealership policies. • Maintain accurate sales documentation! Ensure that you protect any and all customer information, and obtain all of the necessary documentation required for the sale of each vehicle. • Conduct vehicle test drives! Ensure all speed limits and rules of the road are followed while behind the wheel of any company or customer vehicle. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED required • Extreme focus on customer service • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills • Unrestricted Driver’s License and clear driving record • We do drug-screen upon hiring!
