We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years dealership experience who want to work in a high volume, exciting environment with a can do attitude.We have Inventory, and Uncapped Commissions! Our lot is not empty, in fact, we're busting at the seams!!! Must be an Experienced Car Sales Associate, Automotive Sales Consultant, or Luxury Sales Automotive Executive and must be able to close your own deals! We have Used Cars In stock, always! We have a very strategic BDC that sets all of the appointments- ready for you to sell a car, that is in stock. 90% of our traffic is Appointed, and ready to Seal the Deal. ***Compensation: $75,000-$150,000 per year**** If you are a like minded individual, who is professional with unmatched customer service- We want to chat with you! Responsibilities: • Be a leader • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network • Prospect daily for potential customers • Help manage productivity of sales department • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features. Take customers out on test drives. Compare and contrast competitive models.
