This opportunity is accountable for supporting the development and execution of strategy by effectively helping to manage the planning and operations and acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Board (EMB) to ensure achievement of organizational goals and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of the strategy and priorities in conjunction with the EMB and ensure timely and high-quality implementation and completion of goals and initiatives• Facilitate communication across the organization by providing project planning and management for departmental projects and corporate initiatives, sharing knowledge and expertise and balancing competing interests of internal and external stakeholders• Oversee the timely development and delivery of reporting to various divisional and Group boards and committees• Leverage organizational and technical expertise to ensure the achievement of successful operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and review, preparing and completing action plans, executing productivity, quality and service standards, resolving complex issues, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system and process improvements and implementing change• Prepare required materials and coordinate resources for committees including updates on key initiatives and tracking of action items• Evaluate due diligence and business continuity efforts and raise any risks or areas of concern• Guide standardization of processes and enhance efficiency by engaging with key stakeholders to understand needs, perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to ensure continuous improvement

Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience
• 10+ years relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; professional, polished, poised and positive demeanor• Excellent organizational ability• Strong critical thinking and business judgment• Establish and maintain strong business relationships• Understand market trends and current organizational strategies• Work with a variety of organizational leaders to build consensus around strategy and tactics• Manage and prioritize competing responsibilities concurrently and effectively

Preferred Knowledge
• Industry best practices in management, including leadership development, succession planning, reward strategies, organizational development and effectiveness• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Infrequent (approximately 1-4 trips annually)

US Only - Physical Demands
• General office jobs: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer. Incumbent must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 20 lbs.
