As a Azure DevOps/ServiceNow Product Owner, you will collaborate extensively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both platforms align effectively with the current and future needs of the enterprise. Your role involves collecting, clarifying, and translating business/technical requirements into a well-defined end-product vision for DevOps/ServiceNow teams. Additionally, you will manage team backlogs, oversee the decomposition of epics and features, and actively contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms with current and future enterprise needs.
• Translate and communicate partner requirements into stories using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow to present requirements to the development team. Create and maintain clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into a well-defined end-product vision for development teams.
• Lead sprint work for the development team and provide final approval of work.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms.
• Stay informed about the platforms functionality and partner product roadmaps to anticipate upcoming changes and position the enterprise to leverage future features effectively.
• Implement enterprise and divisional initiatives requiring custom application development, technical research, business process design, and system integration.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between DevOps/ServiceNow teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor and address potential risks, challenges, and opportunities related to the Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platform.
• Act as the primary advocate for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms, ensuring they contribute positively to the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Technology or Related

Years of Experience:

• 3 years Product owner, agile/scrum software, Scaled Agile Framework (SEFe) or related - Minimum
• 5 years with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow or related - Preferred
• The financial core technology, Symitar Episys, operations, lending, finance, member service a plus

In Lieu of Education:

• 6 Years Product owner, agile/scrum software, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or related
• 5 Years Azure DevOps and ServiceNow or related
