The expertise we’re looking for

• High-level knowledge of Excel;
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate (for confident communication with the team and 
  partners);
• Experience in IT/ iGaming is an advantage;
• Bachelor Degree - Finance/Accounting;
• + 2 years of experience in finance or accounting in a similar role;

Your position will include

• Conduct initial document verification for B2B contractors and ensure compliance with standard terms;
• Review contract drafts to ensure alignment with initial request conditions and other specified requirements;
• Maintain up-to-date internal directories for counterparties and accurately record any changes;
• Perform preliminary calculations of invoices and reconcile data with the responsible department;
• Develop and customize templates for invoices and internal policies, send requests for invoice preparation within deadlines, assist in invoice preparation, and validate incoming invoices;
• Communicate with B2B clients to resolve any invoice discrepancies, answer inquiries, and address billing-related concerns in a professional and timely manner;
• Communicate effectively with the payment department for payment processing and confirmation;
• Bookkeeping of invoices, agreements, amendments, and proofs of payments;
• Plan monthly budgets for payments to counterparts, monitor fund availability, and initiate fund transfer requests as needed;
• Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing procedures, enhance billing accuracy, and improve overall efficiency in the invoicing process;
• UA FOP full accounting and taxation for 3rd Group;
