B2B Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst on our B2B team, you’ll be at the center of how we understand, optimize, and grow this area of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, enjoys solving complex business problems, and wants to make a tangible impact across multiple functions. You’ll work cross-functionally to uncover performance trends, identify operational gaps, and support strategic initiatives that improve how we serve our customers. Whether it’s building dashboards, streamlining processes, or supporting go-to-market strategies, your work will help shape how we scale and deliver value. What You’ll Do (other duties may be assigned): • Analyze business performance across sales, marketing, and customer success to uncover trends and opportunities. • Build dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, and workflows. • Support strategic initiatives with market research, forecasting, and business case development. • Translate business needs into technical requirements for data and systems teams. • Help drive execution excellence through project management and performance tracking. • Embody the values of Darigold: • Leadership -We act at all levels to succeed and value each contributor • Stewardship –We take actions that reflect care • Perserverance –We consistently and safely overcome obstacles to deliver high-quality products every day • Co-Op Spirit –We put the whole of the Co-op before its parts What You Bring: • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations in a B2B environment. • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Nice to Have’s • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. • Experience with CRM platforms and business intelligence systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
