About Us
NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform. In the NOCD app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.
At NOCD, we help people reclaim their lives with clinically proven OCD treatment, by removing barriers to OCD care, and reducing the stigma associated with OCD. We’re changing the world and need other like-minded individuals to accelerate and expand our efforts.
About the Role
NOCD is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that reach healthcare professionals and companies to partner with NOCD to increase access to effective OCD treatment. The individual in this role will play a key role in ensuring that the marketing tactics we employ effectively reach this audience and increase awareness and consideration of NOCD.
We are looking for a full-stack marketer who can own campaigns end to end across various marketing channels to effectively reach and engage with audiences. This role will report directly to the VP of Content Marketing and works closely with various internal teams such as our Business Development, Design, and Continuing Education (who owns NOCD Academy, a key lever to engage this audience). Thus, we are looking for a strong communicator who can effectively work across the organization to achieve success.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strong marketer who has managed campaigns and projects with multiple stakeholders that require strong communication and cross-collaboration. This person enjoys setting end-to-end campaign strategies that drive business objectives. As our business grows rapidly, this team member should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve business KPIs
- Execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including: email, direct mail, social channels, etc.
- Manage event marketing logistics such as event set-up, booth materials sourcing, and other logistics related to the event
- Light copywriting, editing and proofing, as well as design asset modification to ensure campaigns can deploy quickly; plus manage internal stakeholders and external freelancers as needed to fulfill these responsibilities
- Collaborates with key healthcare partners and is responsible for addressing marketing requests and needs; this includes: providing market assets such as copy for their marketing channels
- Partner with the business development and design team to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness of NOCD among healthcare partners
- Manage direct mail operations; including managing the interns who help execute ordering and shipping marketing materials to partners and referring healthcare providers
- Growth mindset, always looking for creative solutions to solve challenges
- Track record of driving exceptional campaign results, driving increased awareness and consideration of brands
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience preferably in B2B or Marketplace companies
- Comfortable executing campaigns; this includes: light copyediting, setting up campaigns in email marketing tools, managing events presence
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling and easy-to-understand stories
- Strong eye for design and brand marketing to ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand voice and identify
- Experience with tools such as Hubspot and Figma is preferred
- Detail-oriented with extensive time and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear understanding of brand building/positioning, messaging, tone, and voice
- Team player who is a self-starter, motivated, collaborative, and driven to help us on our mission to help as many people as possible
- Previous experience in the healthcare space is a plus
