Job Title: Business Analyst- KYC

Capco is looking for innovative and creative people to join our Business Analyst Team. We are looking for (Job Title) to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging a complex stakeholder group across multiple global regions / product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination. Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally. Role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry driven changes.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Description-

• JD - KYC BA role - This role requires a seasoned BA with experience more than 10 years. Should understand the digitization processes where in existing manual processes are converted into digital solution. Should be able to discuss and validate requirements with senior client stakeholders and also efficiently communicate with IT. Should be well versed in Jira and Confluence. Experience in Banking and Financial services is preferred. KYC experience will be added advantage. Should have good people management skill and may play the role of PM at times. Good communications - written and oral. Should be organized and time bound in delivery.
