Job Description

1. Deliver quality products to estimates produced by the team using an Agile approach.
2. Ensures high quality source code is delivered to fulfil the requirements of the product.
3. Maintains a good working knowledge of the technology lifecycle within the product.
4. Assists Quality Analysts to ensure a well-tested and quality product is delivered.
5. Ensures software is secure, scalable, well documented and easily understood.
6. Provides support to Help Desk in the investigation into incidents.
7. Daily management of assigned projects in Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
8. Participates in daily Scrum standup meetings and other sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree graduate
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
3. Minimum 3 years of work experience using SQL and MS SqlServer
4. Minimum 3 years of work experience using Azure DevOps
5. Experience in jQuery, Kendo, HTML and CSS is preferred
6. Hands-on experience with version control system Git, Bitbucket.
7. Familiar with Agile/Scrum, adoption of Agile/Scrum principles.
8. Experience in IIS, Azure pipelines, yaml is preferred
9. Proven track record in delivering quality software following an Agile process
10. Proven track record breaking down large requirements into smaller independent deliverables
11. Proven track record as full end-to-end developer
12. Proven track record modernizing legacy monolithic applications, removing redundant code, and refactoring old code
13. Proven track record in producing testable code, coding using modern design patterns, and working with legacy code
14. Proactive about keeping up with industry trends and best practices
15. Analytical approach to problem solving and be able to focus while appreciating the wider impacts of changes
16. Continuous learner, logical thinker, and self-starter with an inquisitive mind
17. Solution-oriented attitude, positive attitude to overcoming complex problems
18. Excellent communication skills and work ethic
