Your Role and Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

At IBM you’ll be a part of the Watson Studio Trust team and help develop capabilities that enable organizations to deploy and scale AI applications that are trustworthy. Some of the core capabilities that you will develop and maintain include the ability to detect and mitigate bias monitor the accuracy and quality of models and explain model predictions.

You will work in an innovation driven collaborative environment to understand requirements architect design and implement trusted AI solutions.
You will develop proof of concepts to establish technical feasibilities
You will work with customers to help them succeed in their AI journey by adopting Watson Studio Trusted AI solutions.
You will communicate clearly on issues and challenges if any

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:-

* 8-10 years experience spanning design implementation and maintenance of applications built using micro-services architecture
* Solid development experience in one of Python Java
* Experience in authoring SQL queries for micro services which interact with databases.
* Experience in authoring build scripts for packaging services as micro-services (Maven or Ant or Gradle)
* Experience in installing configuring operating and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools
* Experience working with different AI/ML frameworks to build ML models.
* Excellent debugging skills and familiarity with testing tools
* Ability to collaborate and work independently when required.
* Strong sense of ownership of deliverables
* Coach and mentor junior team members

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Comes with a strong product development background who has deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
* Willing to lead and work on quick proof of concepts
* Willing to explore and learn on new AI/ML model monitoring products.
