• Create maintainable code using clean coding and software architecture principles
• Improve our data models, leverage the power of our databases, and encourage healthy data management practices
• Discover, develop, and deliver new features and functionality
• Eliminate technical debt

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is clear and honest in their communication, really good at problem solving, and has experience applying clean coding and software architecture principles. Ideally this person will enjoy spending most of their time working with data and APIs but will be content to work in a full-stack capacity when the need arises.

We value aptitude over specific skill sets, but it would be great if you are already proficient at the following (or have worked with comparable technologies - e.g. never written PHP but worked with Ruby or Python, or you have never used Laravel but used Symfony, etc.):
