On-site: as posições contempladas devem ser exercidas em regime presencial total.
Responsabilidades:
- Auxiliar na criação de novas receitas e / ou adaptações quando necessário.
- Auxiliar na pré-preparação dos itens do menu (higiene e corte de alimentos).
- Montar e distribuir / serviço de coffee breaks e do atendimento do Conselho de Administração - Diretores.
- Coletar e identificar amostras de alimentos.
- Retirar os produtos perecíveis da embalagem original, a fim de realizar as atividades de pré-preparação e preparação de alimentos.
- Auxiliar na obtenção da padronização das preparações em conjunto com 1/2 Oficiais e Cozinheiros, através da utilização das receitas padrão.
- Realizar serviços de saneamento nas áreas internas e externas do restaurante.
- Realizar a limpeza diária dos equipamentos e utensílios.
- Participar no trabalho desenvolvido na filosofia interna das equipes de trabalho e de segurança.
- Seguir as orientações da coordenação, mantendo um comportamento participativo e dedicado nos assuntos pertinentes à área de trabalho.

Requisitos mandatórios:
- Ensino fundamental completo;
- Disponibilidade total de horários, para atuar em finais de semana e feriados, quando necessário;
- Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na planta de Mogi das Cruzes.
Requisitos desejáveis:
- Experiência em cozinha Industrial;
- Ter experiência no pré-preparo e preparação dos itens do menu: pratos quentes, corte e tempero de carnes, sobremesas (bolos, pudins e gelatinas);
- Experiência no uso de equipamentos de cozinha industrial: Forno combinado, caldeira de pressão, fritadeira elétrica, etc;
- Cursos de culinária, panificação, confeitaria;
- CNH categoria B.
