Descrição do emprego

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our smart locker systems
• Work closely with the Field Maintenance Manager and technicians to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback

Qualificações

• Troubleshoot platform-related issues;
• Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
• Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities to be a part of our product’s continuous improvement process.
• Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);
• -Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts;
• Ticket Tools;
• English;
• French
