Job Description: • Support the team with the processing of over 600 accounts • Perform basic account maintenance within internal systems. • Submit closure requests in the platform using completed account closing forms. • Complete checklists and follow established procedures provided during training. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for internal communication and data retrieval, and collaborate via Microsoft Teams. • Input information related to cash disbursements during the account closure process. • This role requires strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. Accuracy is critical.Qualifications: • Microsoft Office • Banking experience
