Bar Manager - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for "Bar Manager" with the qualifications below:

• Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Planning and taking part in promotional events.
• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the bar
• Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times
• Review and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targets
• Inventory and ordering procedures knowledge
• Setting and maintaining standards to ensure the guest experience is effective and hospitable
• Playing a key role in the training, development and retention of the team that direct reports to him/her
• This position reports directly to the General Manager.
