As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and friendly environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and check IDs of guests entering the venue • Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers • Handle crowd control and ensure the venue is secure at all times • Respond to any issues or incidents that arise in a calm and professional manner • Assist with monitoring behavior, ensuring our guests have a fun and respectful experience • Work closely with bar and restaurant staff to manage entry and exits during busy hours • Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while ensuring safety and security • Uphold all safety policies and procedures Requirements: • Must have avalid California Guard Card • Experience in the bar industryis a must • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and poise • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude • Previous security or doorman experience is a plus • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service and safety • Ability to stay calm and composed in high-energy situations What We Offer: • Competitive pay • Flexible shifts • A fun, energetic work environment • Opportunity to be part of an iconic Ocean Beach venue If you have a passion for security, the bar industry, and a love for live music, we’d love to hear from you!
