Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing crew members, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew. • Read the schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks. • Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control throughout all phases of construction. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Implement safety measures on the construction site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols. • Train and mentor crew members in best practices for construction techniques and equipment use. • Maintain effective communication with project managers. Requirements • Must have a drivers license and clean record. • Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of contract management and project scheduling. • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in construction. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
