Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist Oncologist to join our team. Location/Facility: BSW McClinton Cancer Center, 150 Hillcrest Medical Blvd. Waco, TX 76712.

Specialty/Department/Practice:  Hematology and Medical Oncology

Shift/Schedule:   Full-Time, 1.0 FTE

Position Highlights: 

• Join a team of 4 other physicians at a dedicated cancer center.
• 15-20 Patients Daily. 
• Office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday. 
• On-site lab, pharmacy, and infusion center.
• On-site Radiation Oncology.
• Referral base from primary care network, surgeons, and inpatient from connecting hospital. Academic affiliation of Baylor College of Medicine - Temple. 
• EMR - EPIC AND BEACON. 
• Support staff consists of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Navigators, Nurse Coordinators, Clerical and scheduling staff. 
• Opportunities for clinical trials.

About the Community: The Hillcrest hospital serves Waco and surrounding Central Texas communities with 260 general acute care hospital beds, the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the area, a Level III maternal care center and the lead trauma facility for a five-county region. The facility has achieved Magnet recognition and is the only CARF-certified inpatient rehabilitation facility in Waco.  

Clinics: Our 30 clinics serve Waco and its Central Texas neighbors. With physicians, advanced practice professionals and health care providers, we offer a range of health care services from primary care to specialty clinics including sports medicine, orthopedics, sleep centers and senior health. BSWH is also the official health care provider for Baylor University Athletics.
