Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Senior Finance Analyst position in BCG X to support our fast growing global business model. In this role you work as part of the regional BCG X EMESA Finance team and will directly support selected BCG X leaders in the region to manage our business in selected markets.
Main responsibilities include:
Point-of-contact for BCG X leaders and other stakeholders in selected markets, providing advice in all financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally.
Financial analysis and reporting of the business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan

Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of wins and impact on the business outlook
Contribution to the annual financial planning for the selected markets as part of the regional BCG X EMESA Finance team
Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness, ability to take initiative and find creative and effective ways to accomplish tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively cross functions
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business
Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint
Experience in professional services environment is a plus
