• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector)
• 2-3 years of make-up artistry experience (when applying for a MUA position)
• A degree as an esthetician and/or make-up artist is a plus
• Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service
• Social media-minded and up to date with the latest all-round beauty trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events
• Languages: Dutch and English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
