Nestled inside one of London's most idyllic neighbourhoods, Cowshed Primrose Hill is a haven of relaxation and sociable grooming. Cowshed Primrose is a social space for members to move, look after their health and well being and take care of their grooming. Available treatments range from massage, body and facial treatments, maternity, lash & brow, waxing, hair removal and light salon.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our East London team at Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill (NW1 8UR). Our Beauty Therapists are part of a passionate team who all strive to make our clients and members feel amazing. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, friendly and welcoming personality, and excellent grooming and presentation.

What we are looking for...

• NVQ level 2 or 3,  ITEC, VTCT 
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
• A team player
• Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
• Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products
• Drive to maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer / member experience focused
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
