BECARIO DE OPERACIONES PARA FREIGHT FORWADER

Lic. Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Negocios o afines.

Aptitudes:

• Interés en seguir aprendiendo
• Actitud y gusto indispensables al servicio con clientes y proveedores internos y externos.
• Compromiso y atención al detalle
• Adaptación y trabajo en equipo
• EXPERIENCIA MÍNIMA DE 6 MESES

Funciones:

• Coordinador de embarques de Importación y/o exportación
• Mantener contacto con origen para confirmaciones de zarpe, envío de documentos o algún evento que se presente referente a los embarques.
• Realizar la apertura de archivos, status-eventos, cumplimiento de KPIs.
• Actualizar reporte con las pre-alertas que se reciben.
• Revisión de documentos para envíos aéreos y marítimos: PL, INVOICE, MASTER, HAWB.
• Control de expediente, orden y archivo electrónico en sistema de proveedores y clientes.
• Apoyo administrativo en las activadas requeridas por los ejecutivos
