Job Description
The Benefits Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to our internal clients, assist employees in understanding their benefits, maintain employee records in Workday, support wellness initiatives, administer employee leaves and processing, and keep employee records up to date.
Essential Job Functions
40% - Customer Focus: answer employee questions (current and prior) regarding benefits via internal helpdesk, emails and phone calls.
30% - Leave Administration; partnering with employees, Payroll and 3rd party administrator to ensure leave details and pay coordination is accurate and timely.
20% - Benefits Administration: maintain employee records in Workday; ensure data accuracy, and timely changes.
10% - Other projects as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent or related work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative support role. Benefits experience desired.

Pay Range
Hourly: $19.95 - $24.04
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
