Position Summary:

Meet and greet visitors at the 1050 front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Assist front desk attendant hand out the visitor badges
• Hand out the wet umbrella bags on rainy days
• Help team with offline busy work when needed such as Scanning, Filing, Printer Paper Replenishment.
• Help mailroom - Mail sorting and delivery
• Assist with facilities maintenance checklist (reporting any findings, such as lights out, paper inventory etc.)
• Assist with event coordination and set up
• Assist with coffee station replenishments

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to display a professional and friend demeanor
• Professional personal presentation
• Bilingual, English and Spanish - fluent

Physical Demands:

• Sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
