What you will do  Â
- Work independently with oversight on company initiativesÂ
- Work with our sales team to provide solutions for our customers’ complex commercial building requirements.Â
- Develop presentations, in conjunction with our account executives, to educate customers on JCI’s capabilities.  Â
- Coordinate with senior managers on strategic initiatives relating to Sales, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Engineering.Â
  Â
How you will do it: Â
- Learn and gain access to multiple back-office systems.Â
- Collaborate with Account Executive teams on strategic initiatives.Â
- Learn about JCI capabilities through taking short courses on our JCI Learning platform.Â
- Utilize state of the art cloud-based platforms to perform work.Â
- Engage with the team in person and/or remote through MS Teams.Â

Required Qualifications:  Â
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university  Â
- Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, marketing, or other relevant fieldÂ
- An effective communicator to all levels of the organization Â
- Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Â
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.  Â

  Preferred Qualifications: Â
- Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently Â
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred  Â
- Strong problem-solving skills
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21-24, Hourly rate to be determined by education level, i.e., current year in school
