Position OverviewWe’re seeking abilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representativeto join our growing team. This role is the heartbeat of our retention and client satisfaction efforts. The CSR ensures policies stay on the books, remarkets renewals proactively, and provides top-notch service to every customer interaction.If you’re tech-savvy, type quickly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy helping people — this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities • Retention Focus:Maintain existing book of business by remarketing renewals and addressing rate increases before cancellation. • Policy Management:Monitor pending cancellations and non-payments daily, and take proactive steps to retain policies. • Customer Support:Handle inbound service calls, emails, and texts from policyholders with professionalism and empathy. • Documentation:Log all service activity accurately in our agency management system (NowCerts). • Administrative Support:Assist customers with completing e-signs, updating documents, and providing missing information to carriers. • Collaboration:Work closely with teammates and management to meet service and retention goals.
