Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish and English Required)

You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their insurance needs and assessing cross-selling opportunities with our existing clients. Bilingual Customer Service Responsibilities: • Communicate with billing and claims, on behalf of clients • Cross-sell other insurance products to current clients • Explain features and benefits of Insurance • Conduct yourself professionally and ethically both inside and outside the office • Meet company goals and expectations • Bilingual Customer Service Requirements: • Spanish and English speaking • Minimum 1 year prior customer service experience in a professional office setting. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Career and goal oriented • Strong computer skills • Background check required • Team player • Experience in inside sales strongly desired We offer a unique compensation program designed to reward individual effort and team performance, which we feel is at the core of our long term success. Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary, plus a monthly share of team commissions.
