You’ll be working closely with well-known companies to deliver the kind of customer service people remember, in person and with impact. If you have retail or customer-facing experience and enjoy helping people, you’ll fit right in. Bilingual Customer Service Representative: • Provide friendly, one-on-one Customer Service to clients in a residential setting • Help guide customers through products and services, making recommendations based on their needs • Use your retail or customer service background to connect with people and solve problems quickly • Keep customers up to date on current promotions, product offerings, and service bundles, helping them find the best solutions tailored to their needs and budget. • Handle customer service concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues on the spot when possible and escalating more complex situations to the appropriate management teams. • Be part of a high-energy, supportive team that loves to win together What we’re looking for in our Bilingual Customer Service Representative: • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not a deal-breaker • Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-direct roles preferred • Strong people skills and the ability to make genuine connections • A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow professionally • Someone who enjoys working with customers in on-site or retail settings • A bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is a plus, but not required • Calm and solution-focused under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year Benefits: • On-the-job training Work Location: In person
