You’ll be working closely with well-known companies to deliver the kind of customer service people remember, in person and with impact.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
• Provide friendly, one-on-one Customer Service to clients in a residential setting
• Help guide customers through products and services, making recommendations based on their needs
• Use your retail or customer service background to connect with people and solve problems quickly
• Keep customers up to date on current retail promotions, product offerings, and service bundles, helping them find the best solutions tailored to their needs and budget.
• Handle customer service concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues on the spot when possible and escalating more complex situations to the appropriate management teams.

What we’re looking for in our Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-direct roles preferred
• Strong people skills and the ability to make genuine connections
• A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow professionally
• Someone who enjoys working with customers in on-site or retail settings
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure
