This is an in-office position located in Warminster, PA. This position pays $16hr. We are seeking the following shifts: 8am-4pm M, W-SA (Tues/Sun Off) Responsibilities: • Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow. • Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution. • Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9. • Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information. • Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization. • Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to escalate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.Required Skills: • Bilingual in Spanish • Excellent time management and organziational skills. • Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. • Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others. • Ability to uphold professional manners while at work. • Must have strong telephone skills. • Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing. • Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.Education: The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
