Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at KCAL Insurance Agency. This role is crucial in providing outstanding support to our diverse clientele while contributing to our mission of helping others. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and another language. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies and claims. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling when necessary. • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products or services. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience. Requirements • Fluency in English and at least one other language is required. • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. • Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
