Professional Search Group OCis actively seeking multipleBanking Customer Support Specialistsfor a seasonal project with one of our premier financial services clients. This team will be on the front lines of abanking system upgrade, helping internal users and clients navigate the transition to a new platform.

Project Details:
β’ Seasonal project launching inSeptember
β’ Temporary for 4-6 weeks
β’ Shifts available Monday through Friday between8:00 AM β 6:00 PM PT
β’ Role may require flexibility depending on project phase
Banking Customer Support Specialists Responsibilities:
β’ Providephone, chat, and email supportfor bank employees and clients during a platform transition.
β’ Assist users in understanding new banking systems and tools.
β’ Train users onnavigation, features, and functionalityof the updated software.
β’ Troubleshoot system issues, access concerns, and technical questions related to the new platform.
β’ Clearly document user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
β’ Participate in team training sessions and knowledge-sharing meetings.
β’ Offer clear, concise support to users ofvaried technical skill levels.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
Banking Customer Support Specialists Qualifications:
β’ Fluent in Korean and English(verbal and written) required
β’ Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office required; Mac experience is a plus)
β’ Prior experience incustomer service or tech support
β’ Ability totranslate technical termsinto easy-to-understand language
β’ Friendly, patient, and solution-focused communication style
β’ Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
β’ Strongtime management and multitaskingabilities
β’ Comfortable withtraining userson new systems
Banking Customer Support Specialists Preferred Experience:
β’ 3+ years in atechnical support, training, or customer service role
β’ Experience working in afinancial institution or banking environment
β’ Familiarity with system updates or platform transitions
β’ Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
