******Bilingual Patient Account Representative****** DataSearch Inc.,a 50 Year Old Provider of Medical Receivable Services is Seeking Full Time Experienced Professionals. We have Immediate Openings for Call Center Collection Representatives for Early Stage hospital and physician accounts.Starting Pay based on experience,plus unlimited Monthly Incentivethat is paid the following month! Customer Service, and/or Call Center, Experience Required. Experience following up on Hospital or Physician claims is highly desireable!Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Full Time, with 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday. JOB SUMMARY Accountable for all parts of Collection and follow up processes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Responsible for account follow up and collections. This includes inbound and outbound calls daily. β€’ Accurately and thoroughly document the collection activity performed. β€’ Review the account information and necessary system applications to determine the subsequent appropriate work action. β€’ Verify account resolution utilizing appropriate resources and applications. β€’ Initiate telephone or letter contact to patients to obtain payment options. β€’ Manage and maintain desk inventory daily and resolve high priority and aged inventory. β€’ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES β€’ To perform this job to its fullest and be successful an individual must be able to perform each necessary task satisfactorily.
