Job Position: Bilingual-Industrial Data Analyst Location: Dallas, TX 75237 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Description: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Data Analyst to help us retrieve data and turn it into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and business growth. The Industrial Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data. This role will support management with a data driven- recommendations to improve processes, reduce waste/cost, and maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Collect and organize workforce and operational data from multiple departments. • Analyze data trends to identify areas of improvement. • Develop reports for operations team. • Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance metrics. • Collaborate with operations, quality, and department managers to provide data and recommendations. • Ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems. • Support predictive analytical projects to forecast demands and resource needs. Qualifications: • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English). • Strong proficiency in Excel, KPIs, and CNC reports. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Strong mathematical and communication skills. • Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
