Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. Duties • Operate machinery including stamping presses and assembly line equipment to produce high-quality products. • Set up machines according to specifications and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. • Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency. • Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to troubleshoot minor issues and perform repairs when needed. • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Skills • Proficiency in operating Fanuc logic controllers and familiarity with SolidWorks is preferred. • Experience in a warehouse or factory setting, particularly in an assembly line environment, is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measurements and calculations related to machine operations. • Ability to effectively use hand tools for machine setup and maintenance tasks. • Knowledge of stamping press operations is a plus, along with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
